Then we heard about new ways to build homes.  And we went to work building these strange new "green homes".

We built these homes with Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF), and Structural Insulated Panels (SIP).

We soon realized that we were building better homes.

Homes that last longer, are quieter, mold and mildew resistant, virtually draft free, and cost less to heat and cool.  A lot less.  Really.

These are the homes we like to build.  Ones that look like any other home to the casual glance. Hiding their benefits behind siding, sheetrock and flooring.
